Prior to joining Bar-Zvi & Ben-Dov, Sivan worked in tax department of the offices of Tadmor & Co., another Legal 500 firm. Sivan HenikSivan Henik is a tax and transfer pricing specialist, an expert in the formulation and documentation of complex transfer pricing policies, direct and indirect taxation, and tax planning. Sivan also has experience in advising high net worth individuals in relation to effective tax planning.Sivan's additional formal education in economics allows her to approach each project from a wide perspective, resulting with viable and implementable outcome that does not disrupt the client's business models. Sivan's experience includes regulating and documenting intercompany transactions for dozens of multinationals, in numerous jurisdictions, and from a wide array of industry verticals, including services and distribution agreements, cost sharing and profit split arrangements, and intercompany financial matters (such as loans, guarantees, ESOP, etc).
