Tamir Chagal

Tamir advises numerous companies and entrepreneurs in the fields of intellectual property protection, commercial law, investments, and M&A transactions. Tamir is an expert at drafting complex international agreements, such as distribution and services agreements, intellectual property commercialization, and joint ventures.

Having served in the Israeli Defense Forces' communication corps, Tamir is an attorney who understands technology, and possesses the skills to address the needs of the firm's high-tech oriented clients. Tamir is also experienced in real estate transactions and in family law, who has handled complex estates and wills.

Tamir background in business administration studies contributes to his diverse background and abilities, and enable him to successfully provide the firm's clients with comprehensive solutions, fusing both legal and financial elements into a desired outcome. As part of the firm's pro-bono activities, Tamir serves as the legal counsel for several non-profit organizations, including the Israeli Navy Association and the Arthur Rubinstein Foundation.
