We are particularly experienced in representing founders and entrepreneurs. 
We are experienced in all matters involving the forming of a start-up and raising capital. We take a great deal of pride and interest in representing founders, and assisting them in the early stages of formalizing their idea into an entity which can raise the needed capital and move forward into a successful corporation.

We represent selected private companies on formation, capitalization, equity plans, executive employment agreements, distributorship agreements, joint ventures, corporate governance and other related matters. In addition, we assist our start-ups in attracting financing and counsel them in commercial agreements, development and other strategic partnering transactions.

Eyal Bar-Zvi, one of the founding partners, with degrees both in Law and in Economics, also studied Mathematics and Information Technology, was a software instructor at Intel (Israel), and an IT & Gaming industry correspondent for the Time Out magazine and for Captain Internet ("HaAretz" newspaper). In his youth, he was also part of a Commodore 64 hacking group.
